TOUR
Tours are an essential part of the Lost Ark experience. We have designed them to be educational and to answer most of the basic questions people have about distilling. Our tours take a comprehensive walk through the distillery, showcasing each piece of equipment, how it works, and its importance in the distillation process. At the conclusion of every tour, each participant will walk away with a greater understanding of the methods and equipment we use to craft our products.
TASTE
After each tour, we follow up with an in-depth sensory experience at the tasting bar. This is where we take the knowledge you gained from the tour and distill it into the glass. There’s so much complexity in what we do, we feel that a little coaching can take you to a new level of appreciation. We’ll teach you the importance of a proper tasting glass, how to nose properly, and how to begin identifying certain tastes on your palette. We’ll even send you home with a tasting glass from our sessions together so that you can expand on your experience at home.
DRINK
After spending all that time touring and tasting, now it’s time to relax and enjoy a signature cocktail from the Lost Ark bar. Included in the tour is your choice of one signature cocktail from our rotating seasonal menu. Watch closely, and don’t forget to ask questions, as our bartenders craft the perfect drink just for you. Education is always a top priority at the bar, so make sure to take notes so that you can take your knowledge home and impress friends and family. Cheers!
All ages and pets welcome. We just ask that you remember that the distillery is a working production facility with large industrial equipment. Please don’t let the little ones (with two legs or four legs) wander off!

+ What safety precautions are the Team at Lost Ark taking to ensure the safety of your staff??
We are following CDC, and state and local guidelines to protect our guests and staff, that you can read about here. All staff members will receive training on safety processes and protocols.
+ Do I have to wear a mask when visiting Lost Ark?
Per current CDC guidelines, masks are NOT required to enjoy our space and service.
+ What will service be like?
We offer a large selection of cocktails, both signature and seasonal, that can be ordered up at the bar at your discretion - able to be enjoyed at either our indoor or outdoor seating! (weather permitting) (QR code table-side ordering coming soon!)
+ Are restrooms available?
We have 2 unisex restrooms available inside the distillery, located behind the bar through the seating area.
+ Are outside food and beverages allowed?
Outside food is welcome and encouraged! We are partnered with the local HomeSlyce pizza parlor, available to be ordered via their app for tableside delivery.
Outside alochol (beer/wine/spirits) are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding!
+ How do I get there?
We are located at 9570 Berger Road. We will be set up for guests in the parking lot area, and parking will be limited in the lot, but is available on the street within short distance of the distillery and in adjacent lots.
+ How can I safely visit the distillery?
We are doing our best to be mindful safety of our guests and team members, and we ask that you do too. Here are the efforts we ask you to take:
- Please stay home if you are ill or do not feel well.
- Practice safe social distancing.
- Plan to use cashless methods of payment.
- Drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home.
