In 1895, William and August Goetze bought a struggling chewing gum company in Baltimore and began to build what would later become a family legacy. Lasting through two World Wars, The Great Depression, and still thriving 22 Presidents later, their vision of community and crafting locally has never wavered. Now, over 125 years later, we celebrate this family and their wonderful confectionary products with our Caramel Creams® Liqueur. We've sourced the very same cream and secret Caramel Creams® ingredients, combined it with our locally produced, hand-crafted rum, and created a one-of-a-kind liqueur honoring this sweet iconic American treat.


TASTING NOTES:

Light notes of rum, and hints of Goetze’s famous Caramel Creams® candy simply describe this uniquely blended cream liqueur. Its rich sweet cream, slight vanilla and caramel notes, and the distinct taste of Caramel Creams® make it a great addition to a favorite cocktail, or after dinner coffee, but also drinkable right into the glass. SALTED AT SEA CARAMEL DREAM:

  • 1.5 oz Shipley’s Vanilla Rum

  • 2.0 oz Goetze’s Caramel Creams Liqueur

  • 1.0 oz Caramel Syrup

  • Course Sea Salt

Coat the rim of a small rocks glass with your favorite caramel syrup. Roll the rim of the coated glass in the course sea salt. Fill the cup with ice. Combine the spirits and caramel syrup in a shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into your caramel coated rocks glass and enjoy. Cheers!
