• Tasting notes- This one has a very creamy and buttery mouthfeel. Despite it's high proof, it drinks much like a Bourbon well under 110 proof. Baking spices, light hint of bright grassy wheat, balanced sweetness, and hints of dark chocolate, oak, and perhaps a bit of dried cranberry that meshes together the sweetness and spice
