Adam Shipley traveled from England in 1668 and was awarded the first large land grant in Maryland. These 500 acres were situated in what is now known as Howard County, the place we call home. Our adventurous spirit, much like that of Shipley, led us to create a rum like that of no other. Shipley's is distilled twice and soaked in vanilla beans until the flavor is just right. Bursting with notes of caramelized sugar and vanilla bean, this is a rum worthy of a place in your favorite cocktail- a new adventurous level of flavor.
